Recipe Chocolate Sponge Cake

Chocolate Sponge Cake

Ingredients
250gm chocolate sponge mix
4 eggs (grade A)
50ml water
50gm butter Anchor - melted

Method
Place chocolate sponge mix and eggs in a mixer bowl.
Beat at slow speed and slowly pour in water, then change to medium speed for 5 minutes then change to high speed for 20 minutes.

I made 2 cakes with different fillings, one with pitch cherries and the other one with Oreo biscuits. Frosting with chocolate fresh cream and chocolate ganache.





Pour in melted butter, use spatula to mix well


Bake at 150C for 20 minutes
