Moist Chocolate with Strawberry and Blueberry Cheese Tart

Zety is one of my student, she came and asked me to bake moist chocolate cake with fresh strawberry for deco and blueberry cheese tart for her staff beday. When i asked her why cant she bake it herself, she said " xxxxxxxx" only she knew it ... hehehehe




The left over of the moist chocolate cake batter and cheese tart filling, i baked it to make chocolate cheese fudge.
