Shyieda Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Paste
----------------
70gm sugar
80gm cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee
1 cup hot water
Ingredients

30gm dark chocolate - melted
1/2 cup buttermilk (1/2 cup fresh milk + 1/2 tbsp vinegar)
250gm cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
250gm butter
300gm castor sugar
6 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Methods
---------
Heat oven at 150C.
Melt chocolate on double boiler and leave to cool.
Mix hot water, sugar, instant coffee and cocoa powder, stir and put aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar till fluffy then add eggs one at a time then add vanilla essence and beat till it light and creamy.
Mix chocolate paste and buttermilk together.
Then using a spatula, add gradually dry ingredients and chocolate paste, stir then add in melted dark chocolate.
Pour in a lined pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes (depending on your oven) till its baked.

Edible image cake
Actually, im not very happy when frosting this cake. I sent the picture for edible printing to a different shop as the usual one, the printer was broken. Instructions given to them to print on a 7 x 7 size as the cake is 8 x 8.
Its to my surprise, she printed it at 81/2 x 81/2 :( if i cut it 7 x 7, there will be an one eye jack on the cake, leaving me no choice just paste the edible on the cake with no design around it.
